Important notice...

Please note that I will be unavailable for 2 weeks in September (11th through 25th).  During this time I will be unavailable to answer e-mail and telephone requests.  If you are a current client you are aware that I have back-up should the need arise.  Pre-planning for this will be necessary.  If you have given the go ahead (provided a key or signed the release form giving me consent to duplicate your key) Zita may be able to assist you with your pet care needs during this timeframe.  Please note that she does have some blackout periods and service area restrictions.  I ask that if you think you might need Zita during this time that you plan in advance to ensure that scheduling and administrative needs are met.  If you have not yet given the go ahead for Zita to fill in for me, and you would like to, please let me know as soon as possible.  Sufficient time for a meeting with Zita (if desired), administrative needs (key, pet care and file information, map, etc.) are considerations and plans that will need to be finalized prior to September 11th.
